"PRECIOUS LORD, TAKE MY HAND" - MATT. 14: 22 - 32

This is Namma for Christ with the thirty-eighth inspirational message dated Sunday, August 25th, 2013.  The title of  this message is"PRECIOUS LORD, TAKE MY HAND" - MATTHEW 14: 22-32.  The title of this message is taken from the great gospel song, "PRECIOUS LORD, TAKE MY HAND",  written by the late Thomas Dorsey  (1899-1993), known as the father of Gospel music. The scripture comes from the book of Matthew in the 14th chapter (see below scripture text), where Jesus "walked on the sea" as He approached the disciples (who were in a ship "in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves")

Matthew 14:22-32
King James Version (KJV)
22 And straightway Jesus constrained His disciples to get into a ship, and to go before Him unto the other side, while He sent the multitudes away.
23 And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up into a mountain apart: and when the evening was come, He was there alone.
24 But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary.
25 And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.
26 And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.
27 But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.
28 And Peter answered Him and said, Lord, if it be Thou, bid me come unto Thee on the water.
29 And He said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.
30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me.
31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth His hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?
32 And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.

In the above text, in verse 26, upon seeing Jesus walking on the sea, they were all at first "troubled", saying: "It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear". But, Jesus reassured the disciples saying, "Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid." Then Peter said, "Lord, if it be Thou, bid me come unto Thee on the water."  Jesus replied to Peter (in the 29th verse) by stating, "Come." The scripture then states, "And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus".  While Peter trusted in Jesus' miraculous power, he  looked to and depended on JESUS...Look at the results:  Peter actually "walked on water"! Verse 30 follows with what happened when Peter started "worrying" about "what" was troubling him : the boisterous wind". Peter then began to be "afraid'. Instead of "continuing" to remember to focus on JESUS - amid the storm and winds around him..... Peter momentarily lost focus of "WHO" CAN HOLD YOU UP DURING A STORM! When "he (Peter) saw the boisterous wind" Peter then became "afraid" and began to "sink".

When Peter "stopped" looking to JESUS (WHO IS OUR SAVIOR, OUR LORD, OUR DELIVERER  AND OUR GREAT PROBLEM SOLVER) .....Peter began to be afraid and began to "sink" when he focused on "his problem"!

But did Peter stay down.....NO.....what did he do...after he started "sinking"? He CRIED OUT TO JESUS - HIS LORD AND SAVIOR!

PETER CRIED, SAYING, "LORD, SAVE ME!"

VERSE 31 SHOWS HOW OUR LORD IS ALWAYS THERE TO CATCH HIS CHILDREN WHEN WE CALL OR CRY OUT TO HIM.....

JESUS LOVES US AND HE IS THERE TO REACH OUT HIS "UNCHANGING HAND" ...IF WE "FALL"....OR BEGIN TO "SINK" AMID OUR PROBLEMS...OR BECOME AFRAID.

ALWAYS REMEMBER...WE CAN CRY OUT AND SAY, "PRECIOUS LORD, TAKE MY HAND"  TO HELP US IN OUR TRIALS, TRIBULATIONS, PROBLEMS,  WORRIES AND FEARS.

WE DON'T HAVE TO BE OVERWHELMED WITH WHAT "COMES AGAINST"  US...WE HAVE JESUS ON OUR SIDE! JESUS CAN HELP US  DO WHAT WE CAN'T DO ON OUR OWN.... WE MUST BELIEVE IN HIM, OBEY HIM, PRAY TO HIM AND TRUST JESUS - AT ALL TIMES!

HEBREWS 13: 5 REASSURES US - "I WILL NEVER LEAVE THEE, NOR FORSAKE THEE":

Hebrews 13:5

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

1ST PETER 5:7 REMINDS US WHAT JESUS WANTS US TO DO BECAUSE HE CARES FOR US:

1 Peter 5:7

Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you.

Imagine Me - Rom. 8:28 GOD Works All Things Together For Good

This is Namma for Christ with the thirty-seventh inspirational message dated Monday, August 12th, 2013. The title of this message is, "Imagine Me - Rom. 8:28 GOD Works All things Together for Good". The title of this message is taken from the scripture found in Romans 8:28 of the New Testament in which Paul wrote about how God works "ALL  THINGS TOGETHER FOR GOOD TO THEM THAT LOVE GOD, TO THEM WHO ARE THE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE." (see below scripture below):

Romans 8:28

King James Version (KJV)
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.

ALWAYS REMEMBER: GOD IS IN CONTROL!

HE KNOWS WHAT IS BEST "SPECIFICALLY" AND "UNIQUELY" FOR EACH ONE OF HIS CHILDREN!

ROMANS 8:28 IS A PROMISE FOR THOSE OF US WHO HAVE ACCEPTED JESUS AS OUR LORD AND SAVIOR. ALL THINGS - "GOOD AND BAD, HAPPY AND SAD" ..... "ALL THINGS" WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD.....TO THEM THAT LOVE GOD AND TO THEM WHO ARE  THE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE! GOD CAN USE "ALL" THE EVENTS IN OUR LIVES FOR OUR OVERALL GOOD! HE IS THE POTTER...WE ARE THE CLAY (AS THE BELOW SCRIPTURE STATES):

Isaiah 64:8
But now, O Lord, Thou art our Father; we are the clay, and Thou our Potter; and we all are the work of Thy Hand.

TRUST GOD....HE IS THE MASTER WEAVER OF THE EVENTS OF OUR LIVES! EVEN THOUGH, WE MAY NOT "UNDERSTAND" WHAT WE ARE PRESENTLY GOING THROUGH...WE HAVE TO CONTINUE TO LOOK TO OUR LORD! WE MUST TRUST IN OUR LORD! ( as Proverbs 3: 5-6 state below):

Proverbs 3:5-6

King James Version (KJV)
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.

WE MUST WAIT ON OUR LORD! (As the below scriptures state):

Psalm 27:14

King James Version (KJV)

14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

Psalm 37:7
Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

Psalm 37:34
Wait on the Lord, and keep His way, and He shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it

Isaiah 40:31

King James Version (KJV)

31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Furthermore, as we are praying to, waiting (while trusting the Lord) and asking for HIS GUIDANCE EVERYDAY.....WE MUST PRAISE HIM IN THE MIDST of our trials and challenges.  God has a divine purpose in our lives...we must remember that God is our HEAVENLY FATHER who wants the BEST FOR US. As the below scriptures state - GOD LOVES US SO MUCH THAT HE SENT HIS SON, JESUS CHRIST to this earth for us:

Romans 8:31 - 37:

Romans 8:31-37

King James Version (KJV)
31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
32 He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.

REMEMBER: WE ARE MORE THAN CONQUERORS THROUGH "HIM" THAT LOVED US!

The remaining scriptures (verses 38-39) of  Romans 8 reminds us of  what the apostle Paul wrote - that "NOTHING" should separate us from the love of God, which is in CHRIST JESUS our LORD!

Romans 8:38-39

King James Version (KJV)
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

ALWAYS REMEMBER: GOD LOVED US SO MUCH THAT HE SENT US HIS SON, JESUS CHRIST, AS JOHN 3:16 READS BELOW:

John 3:16

King James Version (KJV)
16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

REMEMBER - YOU ARE LOVED BY THE LORD AND AS ROMANS 8:28 REMINDS US:

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose"

My Life is in Your Hands-God loves us 1st-1 John 4:19

This is Namma for Christ with the thirty-sixth inspirational message dated Sunday, July 28th, 2013. The title of this message is, "My Life is in Your Hands-God loves us 1st-1st John 4:19". The title of this message is taken from the scripture in the book of 1st John of the New Testament in which the apostle John wrote about "God's love for us"  (as found in the scripture below):

1 John 4:19

New King James Version (NKJV)
19 We love Him because He first loved us.

ALWAYS REMEMBER: GOD LOVED YOU "FIRST"!

THE "WORLD" WOULD HAVE YOU BELIEVE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD IS BASED ON "YOUR" BEHAVIOR, YOUR GOODNESS, YOUR "WORKS" OR...HOW "YOU"  BEHAVE  AS A CHRISTIAN.

BUT....OUR SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY, FROM 1ST JOHN 4:19 TELLS US,  AS BELIEVERS IN JESUS CHRIST  : "WE LOVE HIM, BECAUSE HE "FIRST" LOVED US!

GOD LOVES YOU!  HE LOVED YOU, "FIRST"!  HE MADE YOU!  GOD CREATED "YOU" AS "HIS" SPECIAL CHILD...HE MADE YOU UNIQUELY FOR HIS DIVINE PURPOSE. GOD HAS GREAT PLANS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU, AS HIS DEAR, LOVING CHILD. READ JEREMIAH 29:11  below-

Jeremiah 29:11

New International Version (NIV)
11 "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

PLEASE...DON'T PUT YOURSELF DOWN, OR CRITICIZE YOURSELF FOR "NOT BEING GOOD ENOUGH!"

BECAUSE GOD "MADE US"...HE KNOWS US "INTIMATELY" ....HE KNOWS US AND LOVES US, "DESPITE" OURSELVES...SEE THE BELOW VERSES IN PSALM 103: 1-14 AS A REMINDER OF ALL THAT GOD DOES FOR US BECAUSE HE LOVES US:

Psalm 103

King James Version (KJV)

103 Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.
10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.
14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

ALSO...REMEMBER GOD KNOWS THAT "ALL OF US" HAVE SINNED AND ALL HAVE FALLEN SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD AS ROMANS 3:23 READS BELOW:

Romans 3:23

King James Version (KJV)
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

AS BELIEVERS IN JESUS CHRIST, GOD KNOWS US AND LOVES US ...DESPITE OUR MISTAKES...AND OUR SINS. WE MUST REMEMBER THAT AS CHRISTIANS, WE ARE GOD'S "WORKS IN PROGRESS"...HE IS NOT DONE WITH US, YET! WE MUST DAILY AND CONTINUALLY PRAY AND YIELD OURSELVES TO JESUS!

JESUS REDEEMED US BY HIS BLOOD AND HIS DEATH ON CALVARY'S CROSS. HE AROSE THE THIRD DAY TO CONQUER SIN AND DEATH FOR US! WE ARE FREE BECAUSE JESUS MADE US FREE! SEE JOHN 8:36 BELOW:

John 8:36

King James Version (KJV)
36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

LIVE FOR JESUS! FULFILL "HIS" PURPOSE FOR YOU ON EARTH! BE "ALL" THAT GOD MADE YOU TO BE! PRAY AND ASK JESUS THAT YOU MAY DO HIS WILL ON EARTH! JESUS LOVES YOU!

ALWAYS, REMEMBER...GOD LOVED YOU, "FIRST"! LIVE YOUR LIFE AS AN EXPRESSION OF THANKS TO GOD FOR HIS LOVE AND MAY YOU LIVE TO FULFILL HIS PURPOSES IN YOUR LIFE....SO THAT HE MAY GET THE GLORY!

PLEASE ENJOY THE BELOW SONG AND VIDEO ENTITLED,"MY LIFE IS IN YOUR HANDS" BY "KIRK FRANKLIN & THE FAMILY" WHICH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING LYRICS: "WITH JESUS, I CAN TAKE IT - WITH HIM, I CAN STAND...NO MATTER WHAT MAY COME MY WAY...MY LIFE IS IN YOUR HANDS".

GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS - LAM. 3:22-24

This is Namma for Christ with the thirty-fifth inspirational message dated Wednesday, July 3rd, 2013. The title of this message is, "GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS - LAMENTATIONS 3:22-24". The title of this message is taken from scripture in the book of Lamentations in which the Old Testament prophet Jeremiah laments or "mourns"  concerning "the once proud Jerusalem", now reduced to rubble by the invading Babylonians. It is like a death has occurred and Jerusalem lies barren (at the time of Jeremiah's writing). In the "midst" of this terrible tragedy, Jeremiah "triumphantly cries out" :  "GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS" (as found in the scripture below):

Lamentations 3:22-24

22 It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not.
23 They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness.
24 The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in Him.

The scripture above tells us that - in the face of death and destruction, with life seemingly coming apart, Jeremiah turns "tragedy into a triumph" of  "FAITH". GOD HAS NEVER FAILED HIM IN THE PAST. GOD HAS PROMISED TO REMAIN "FAITHFUL" IN THE FUTURE! IN THE LIGHT OF THE GOD HE KNOWS AND LOVES, JEREMIAH FINDS HOPE AND COMFORT!

WHAT DOES THIS SAY TO US, TODAY? WHEN WE FACE TRIALS OF OUR OWN.... WHAT ARE "WE" TO DO, AND WHERE ARE  "WE" TO TURN?

WHEN THE "DIFFICULT" TIMES  IN OUR LIVES COME....WHEN THERE APPEARS TO BE NO HOPE.....WHAT ARE WE TO DO?

WE MUST LOOK TO JESUS!

WE MUST LOOK TO OUR LOVING, MERCIFUL SAVIOR!
WE MUST LOOK TO OUR GOD INCARNATE - OUR REDEEMER..."JESUS" WHOSE MERCIES ARE NEW EVERY MORNING!   THE LORD'S COMPASSIONS DO NOT FAIL AS LAMENTATIONS 3:22 REMINDS US!

GREAT IS THE LORD'S FAITHFULNESS!

What Jeremiah said in Lamentations 3:24 (below) during what appeared to be (Jerusalem's) darkest hour is what WE must say during our darkest moments:

Lamentations 3:24 - The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I HOPE IN HIM.

We are not to focus on the problems, the negativity or the present situation - we are to focus on Jesus. We must believe in and pray to Jesus to keep us, guide us and strengthen us! HE LOVES US AND WANTS WHAT IS BEST FOR US! WE MUST HOPE IN OUR LORD!

GREAT IS THE LORD'S FAITHFULNESS!

HE IS WITH YOU - MATTHEW 28:18-20

This is Namma for Christ with the thirty-fourth inspirational message dated Wednesday, June 19th, 2013. The title of this message is, "HE IS WITH YOU - MATTHEW 28: 18-20 ". The title of this message is based on the scripture in which Jesus spoke to His disciples after His resurrection and before His ascension into heaven  (as found below):

Matthew 28:18-20

King James Version (KJV)

18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto Me in heaven and in earth.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

The Bible tells us in the above scripture that "JESUS IS WITH US ALWAYS, EVEN UNTO THE END OF THE WORLD".

Our LORD JESUS' name, "EMMANUEL" means "GOD WITH US" (as found in the below scripture Matthew 1:23) -

Matthew 1:23

King James Version (KJV)

23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a Son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

AS BELIEVERS IN OUR LORD AND SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST, WE MUST ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT WE ARE NOT ALONE....GOD IS WITH US!  WE HAVE JESUS' VERY OWN WORDS TO COMFORT AND REMIND US....AS FOUND IN MATTHEW 28:20 -

" I am with you always, even unto the end of the world"

Believe in JESUS, have faith in HIM and know that HE IS WITH YOU...NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH! JESUS LOVES AND CARES FOR YOU!

1st Peter 5:7 states (as shown below):

1 Peter 5:7

King James Version (KJV)

Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you.

There is no difficulty, problem, hardship, or challenge that is too hard for GOD to handle!

Jeremiah 32:17 states below:

Jeremiah 32:17

King James Version (KJV)

17 Ah Lord God! behold, Thou hast made the heaven and the earth by Thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for Thee:

JESUS can do "all" things but fail! THERE IS NO FAILURE IN HIM! WE must yield our lives, our wills and our ways to the LORD - to live the BEST POSSIBLE LIVES THAT GOD WANTS FOR US! HE WANTS WHAT IS BEST FOR US - BECAUSE HE KNOWS US BETTER THAN WE KNOW OURSELVES! GOD MADE US AND WANTS WHAT IS BEST FOR HIS CHILDREN!

GOD IS WITH YOU....YOU ARE NOT ALONE....YOU CAN MAKE IT WITH GOD ON YOUR SIDE! Please remember 1st John 4:4 (as shown below):

1 John 4:4

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.

Please enjoy the below video and song, "He Is With You", as performed by the Christian artist Mandisa*:

Savior, Please - God loves us-1st John 4:10

This is Namma for Christ with the thirty-third inspirational message dated Wednesday, June 5, 2013. The title of this message is, "Savior, Please - God loves us - 1st John 4:10". The scripture for this message comes from the same scripture that is in the title: 1st John 4:10  (as found below):

1 John 4:10

King James Version (KJV)
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

THIS MESSAGE IS ABOUT   LOVE!

  GOD LOVES US!

How much does GOD LOVE US?  The above scripture tells us that God loved us SO MUCH that He "sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins".

What does  "propitiation" mean? It means an " atonement".

See the below from dictionary.com:

PROPITIATION  - word origin and history:

late 14c., from L.L. propitiationem (nom. propitiatio) "an atonement," from L. propitiare "render favorable," from propitius "favorable, gracious, kind," from pro- "forward" + petere "go to"

ATONEMENT- noun
1. satisfaction, reparation, or expiation given for an injury or wrong
2. ( often capital ) Christian theology

a. the reconciliation of man with God through the life, sufferings, and sacrificial death of Christ

b. the sufferings and death of Christ

JESUS was sent by GOD for the ATONEMENT of  "OUR SINS".  THE  "SINLESS" SAVIOR OF THE WORLD DIED AND ROSE AGAIN FOR "SINFUL" MANKIND.
"ONLY JESUS" COULD RECONCILE US TO GOD!
JESUS IS OUR REDEEMER!
JESUS IS OUR SAVIOR!
JESUS DIED AND ROSE AGAIN FOR US!

GOD LOVES US!

HE SENT US JESUS!

WE DON'T HAVE TO LIVE IN OUR SINS, PAST MISTAKES, RESENTMENT, REGRETS, BITTERNESS, DEPRESSION OR ANGER!

 JESUS MADE US FREE!

JOHN 8:36 SAYS -

"If the Son therefore shall make you free,  ye shall be FREE indeed."

Jesus wants what is best for us! His Word says that He came that we might have LIFE, and that we might have it more abundantly. (... John 10:10)

Submit your will to JESUS, so that you might LIVE "IN HIM" AND BY "HIS" POWER, MERCY AND GRACE!

PLEASE LIVE OUT THE LORD'S PURPOSE AND WILL FOR YOUR LIFE...PRAY...BELIEVE IN JESUS...and LET JESUS GET THE GLORY THROUGH YOUR LIFE COMMITTED TO HIM!

GOD LOVES US!  JOHN 3:16 REMINDS US OF GOD'S LOVE FOR US -

John 3:16

King James Version (KJV)

Hosanna! Praise the Lord JESUS! Psalm 145:1-3

This is Namma for Christ with the thirty-second inspirational message dated Friday, May 24, 2013. The title of this message is, "HOSANNA! PRAISE THE LORD JESUS!  PSALM 145: 1-3". The scripture for this message comes from PSALM 145: 1-3  (as found below):

Psalm 145: 1-3

King James Version (KJV)

1 I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.
Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.

THIS MESSAGE IS ALL ABOUT "PRAISE"!

LET US PRAISE OUR GOD, OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST! HE IS LORD OF ALL! THE FIRST VERSE IN OUR SCRIPTURE FROM PSALM 145 STATES:

I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

"EXTOL" means to "PRAISE HIGHLY"...and this is what we should do as Christians- GIVE PRAISE TO OUR GOD- WITH THE HIGHEST PRAISE! IN LIGHT OF "ALL" THAT GOD HAS DONE FOR "US" - WE SHOULD CONTINUALLY THANK AND PRAISE HIM!  BECAUSE OF HIS GREAT LOVE, GRACE AND MERCY FOR US...LET US GIVE OUR LORD THE HIGHEST PRAISE!

Verse 2 ENCOURAGES US TO PRAISE THE LORD'S NAME EVERY DAY THAT WE LIVE.

Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

AS CHRISTIANS,  WE CAN ALSO  LOOK FORWARD TO PRAISING HIS NAME FOR "ALL ETERNITY IN HEAVEN" - FOR EVER AND EVER!

IT IS GOOD TO REMEMBER THAT EXPRESSING "GRATITUDE AND WORSHIP" DAILY TO THE LORD CAN KEEP US FROM BECOMING OVERWHELMED BY LIFE'S DIFFICULTIES  AND LANGUISHING IN DEPRESSED AND NEGATIVE ATTITUDES. GOD HAS BEEN SO GOOD TO US...WE HAVE SO MUCH TO THANK AND PRAISE HIM FOR! GOD CAN DO ALL THINGS, BUT FAIL!

EVERYDAY,  WE SHOULD BE  THANKING AND PRAISING THE LORD!

JESUS - WHO IS "OUR REDEEMER" -  WHO MADE OUR SALVATION POSSIBLE - "HE"  IS "OUR INTERCESSOR - OUR MEDIATOR" WHO PROVIDES "OUR BLESSINGS"  AND OUTSHINES EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING IN OUR LIVES! WHEN WE  FOCUS ON JESUS - HE HELPS US TO PUT OUR DIFFICULTIES IN PERSPECTIVE. JESUS IS THERE TO HELP US WITH OUR PROBLEMS, DIFFICULTIES OR CHALLENGES...FOR 1ST PETER 5:7 STATES:

"CASTING ALL YOUR CARE UPON HIM; FOR HE CARETH FOR YOU."

Last, but not least...verse 3 states:

Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.

Let us all remember how GREAT OUR LORD IS AND HOW "HE IS GREATLY TO BE PRAISED - HIS GREATNESS IS UNSEARCHABLE!"
