The above first verse of Psalm 46 reminds us to "hope and trust" in GOD, NO MATTER WHAT TROUBLE we may find ourselves in "presently". Always remember GOD IS ABLE! HE IS ABLE TO DO "ALL THINGS, BUT FAIL"!
GOD IS OUR REFUGE AND STRENGTH!
We are not to rely on our own strength...but we are to depend on our ALL POWERFUL, OMNISCIENT, SOVEREIGN GOD!
Where should we turn to when no one understands? JESUS!
Where should we seek and pray to for direction? JESUS!
Where should we flee to when we need a place of refuge? JESUS!
JESUS IS OUR INTERCESSOR, OUR REDEEMER, OUR LORD AND SAVIOR...
